Chef Francisco “Paco” Rebollar has over 30 years of culinary experience during which he demonstrated a combination of creativity and consistent high quality meals. Known from his work at Luna's Restaurant in Gainesville over the years. Creating buzz to his name making it to White Oaks Bistro/Barn in Dahlonega creating a handcrafted fine dining menu for a couple of years. Creating his own heritage and culinary background to each dish he offers for your catering needs. Chef Paco is here for you!

Where to begin?? Since day 1 we loved working with Paco and Bibi. Every food dish Chef Paco makes is absolute perfection. Everyone at our wedding was raving about how good our food was. The food was delicious and we would pick Chef Paco all over again if we could. Also, having plates and silverware provided is a huge plus! 5/5 stars!!!
